How to Record a Custom Voicemail Greeting

If you do not wish to use the default Webex voicemail greeting, you can create a custom voicemail greeting.

  1. Navigate to https://user.webex.com/ or login to myLakeland and click on the Webex & Phone User Settings link within myApps
  2. Enter your email address and click Sign In
  3. You will be redirected to the myLakeland login page; login with your credentials
  4. Click Settings > Calling > Voicemail
  5. Within the Send Calls to Voicemail section click to toggle the button to turn on Custom message when the line is busy and/or when no one answers
  6. You can then choose to upload a .wav greeting you've already recorded or click Record Message to create a new message
