To reset your voicemail PIN:
Navigate to
https://user.webex.com/
or login to myLakeland and click on the Webex & Phone User Settings link within myApps
Enter your email address and click
Sign In
You will be redirected to the myLakeland login page; login with your credentials
Click Settings > Calling > Voicemail > Reset voicemail PIN
