Connecting via Computer

If someone has sent you an invitation or provided you with a Webex meeting ID that you wish to attend:

• Follow the email invitation link if one was sent to you or go to https://lakelandcc.webex.com/.
  • Enter the nine-digit Meeting Room ID.
  • Check your Junk Mail folder if you do not see the email invitation.
• Enter in your name and email address and press Join Meeting.

Once the Webex room has loaded, it should resemble the screenshot below.


Connecting via Phone

To join a meeting using a phone connection, do the following:

1. Call the phone number listed in the invitation email or provided by the host.
2. Enter the nine-digit access code listed in the invitation or provided by the host.
