Accessing Webex

Attendees can access a Webex meeting in one of two different ways:

  1. Call using a Computer. Users can join (or host) a meeting using their computer or mobile device.
    • The “Call Using Computer” feature will use your computer, tablet, or phone and connect via the Internet using Wi-Fi or a regular network. This method will use the camera, microphone, and speakers attached to your device to connect to the meeting.

  1. Call in by phone. Users can dial into a meeting by calling a unique phone number and entering an access code.
    • This may be helpful when a computer or Internet access is not available. A unique phone number for each meeting is available within Webex. Phone rates/minute usage may apply.
