Each Webex user has their own personal virtual “room” for hosting an online meeting. To enable others to join your room and attend a virtual meeting, you will need to provide them with your Webex URL link (for access via Internet) or your Webex phone number for access via phone. You can also email an invitation to your meeting which includes a link and phone number.
- Your Webex address will be in this format: https://lakelandcc.webex.com/meet/username.
- Your username will be your Lakeland user ID (For example jlaker01).
