I forgot my password to myLakeland. What should I do?

You can reset your password using the using the myLakeland password reset page.

Passwords must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum number of 10 characters with at least three of the following;
    • Uppercase characters
    • Lowercase characters
    • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
    • Nonalphanumeric characters

If that doesn't work, email lcchelpdesk@lakelandcc.edu or call 440-525-7570 the following information to the Help Desk to reset your password:

  • Lakeland ID number
  • Full name
  • Home Address on file
  • Phone number on file
  • Date of birth
  • Last four digits of your Social Security Number
