At Lakeland, security is a top priority. On June 8 2022, Lakeland enabled Multifactor Authentication (MFA) to help ensure that no one can access your account except you! This means that when accessing myLakeland from a new device or browser you will be asked to enter a code that is sent to your personal cellphone or personal email. When logging in, if you check the box "trust this device," you will not have to verify every time you log in. However, you will be asked to verify your account occasionally or if something has changed with your device, browser or security settings.
If you don’t have the correct cell or personal email info on record, you will be unable to log in. Please see the suggestions below to get your information updated.

If you are an active student, and locked out, complete the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Assistance Form:
1. Complete the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Assistance Form here: https://www.lakelandcc.edu/web/about/mfa-assistance
2. Once verified, your information will be updated in Banner and that information will be synced to AD/myLakeland in the existing automated process.
3. This will then allow you to use this newly updated information for the MFA two step verification on login.
