The FM Department has been working diligently to make sure all the faculty, staff and students are able to work and learn in a safe environment to help bring brighter futures while on campus.
Here in the FM Department we try our best to make sure all building and ground conditions are meant with the upmost importance to Lakeland.
All work orders need to be entered through SchoolDude.
- Click on SchoolDude
- Click on the drop down and select MaintenanceDirect
- Click on Proceed
- Fill out the form and select what you think is the best fit, enter description of your request and Submit
You then will get a receipt email from SchoolDude with your corresponding work order #.
Entering work orders give you the added benefit of being kept up to date as the status of your work order changes.
It’s really simple and very user friendly.
Note – if you have never had a work order in our system, please reach out to Cathy Farren cfarren4@lakelandcc.edu and she can add you to the system.
As always, SchoolDude is used for non-urgent facility needs. If there is any urgent matter (unsafe conditions, hazardous to people or property), please contact Campus Police (ext. 7241) as they can contact any Facilities Management employee via radio for a quick response.
