If you want to schedule a future meeting or send out an email invitation to a future meeting, do the following:
- In your myLakeland Webex Meeting Center, select Schedule a Meeting from the left-side menu.
- Fill out your meeting topic, date, time, and a list of attendee’s email addresses.
- Once you select Start from the scheduler, Webex will send an email invitation to everyone in your attendee list. Every invitation includes both the link to connect via computer as well as the phone number and access code to connect via phone.
