How do I clear app data / browser data on a mobile device?

iOS

1. Open Settings > Safari > Choose 'Clear History and Website Data'.
2. Delete the App.
3. Turn your device off, then back on.
4. Reinstall the App from the App Store.

Safari

1. From the home screen, tab the Settings button.
2. Scroll down and tap Safari.
3. Under the 'Privacy' section of the Safari screen, tap Clear History and Website Data.

Android

1. Go to Settings > Application Manager > Choose the desired App.
2. On Android 5.x and previous: Choose 'Clear Data'.
3. On Android 6.x: Choose Storage, and then 'Clear Data'.
4. Delete the App.
5. Turn your device off, then back on.
6. Reinstall the App from the Google Play Store.
