Navigate to lccphone.lakelandcc.edu.
Enter your myLakeland/Active Directory username and password.
Once logged in, you will see the phones that you are set up on.
Phone Tab:
To enter Speed Dials, select Phone Settings > Speed Dial Numbers > Add New Speed Dial. Enter your Speed Dials in the way in which you would dial them from your desk phone. Enter 8 if you are going to set up an outside number (Example: 814405257000). When you have entered your Speed Dial, select Save.
Select Phone Settings > Ring Setting to change the ring setting on the lines on your phone.
Select Phone Settings > Voicemail Notification Settings to change voicemail notifications. Then, select Save.
Select Phone Settings > Phone Contacts to view your contacts (this is your personal directory on your phone).
Select Create New Contact to enter a new contact. Then, select Save.
Select Call Forwarding to forward calls made to your Cisco VoIP phone to voicemail or to a different number.
Check the box next to Forward all calls. Enter the phone number to which you want to forward calls. Enter the number in the same way in which you would dial it from your Cisco desk phone.
Voice mail Options tab:
5555 dials the Voicemail System.
IM & Availability Tab: (Note: This is for users that have Jabber)
Conferencing Tab:
This will take you to Webex conferencing.
General Setting tab:
To change your Web Password and/or Phone Pin (not your voicemail PIN), select General Settings and enter your new password and/or PIN.
