"Your email access has been blocked" Error message

You may experience an issue with the Outlook app stating, “Your email access has been blocked” like the following:

To resolve the issue, you will need to remove and re-add the Outlook app.

 To remove Outlook from Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
  2. At the top right, tap the Profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & devices and then Manage.
  4. Tap the Outlook app.
  5. Tap Uninstall.

To remove Outlook from Apple:

  1. Touch and hold the app.
  2. Tap Remove App Remove App icon.
  3. Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.

To re-add your Outlook app and Lakeland email account follow the instructions linked below for your type of device:

If you do not have the error, it is still recommended that you update your Outlook app:

On Android

  1. Open the Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Search for Microsoft Outlook.
  3. Tap Update.

Note: If it says Open instead of Update, then you're already on the latest version of Outlook for Android.

On iOS

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap Updates on the bottom bar.
  3. Scroll to Microsoft Outlook and tap Update.

Note: If it says Open instead of Update, then you're already on the latest version of Outlook for iOS.
