I cannot access My Grades.

Issue/Question

• When I click on My Grades, the grades flash then disappear.
• My instructor says they have graded my assignments, but I do not see anything when I click on My Grades.

Environment

• Blackboard

Cause

• The grade module is displaying a tab with no grades.

Resolution

• The My Grades module contains four tabs (All, Graded, Upcoming, and Submitted). If you are missing grades, select the 'All' tab to display all grades and assignments.
• In the Tools panel, you can select My Grades to see the grades for all the courses you are enrolled in.
