I downloaded Respondus but it is still asking for a password when I open my test.

Cause

• Respondus has been installed but the user is still attempting to access the test through another browser, thinking it is just a program that runs in the background. 

Resolution

• After installing Respondus, you must open it as a browser to access the test. You can only take the test using this browser.

• Please note, all other programs must be closed. Some programs such as Skype will run in the background and prevent Respondus from opening. Use Ctrl+Alt+Delete to look for any programs running and select "end task" to close.
