Student Wireless Instructions (LCC-STU NETWORK)
Select "LCC-STU" when you browse for wireless networks. All newer devices will auto configure WPA2 encryption with PEAP authentication and you should just be prompted for username or identity and a password. Android 11 and higher devices will enter “lakelandcc.edu” for the domain when connecting.
Username: Your username is the first part of your student e-mail address before the @ symbol.
Example: jsmith12 of jsmith12@mail.lakelandcc.edu
Password: Your myLakeland password.
Once you authenticate and connect, you will be able to browse the Internet and your device will automatically connect when you come on campus. When you change your myLakeland password, you will have to enter your new credentials.
Employee Wireless Instructions (LCC-EMP NETWORK)
Select "LCC-EMP" when you browse for wireless networks. All newer devices will auto configure WPA2 encryption with PEAP authentication and you should just be prompted for username or identity and a password. Android 11 and higher devices will enter “lakelandcc.edu” for the domain when connecting.
Username: Your username is your Lakeland Active Directory/Blackboard username.
Example: jsmith12
Password: Your myLakeland password.

Guest Wireless Instructions (LCC-GUEST NETWORK)
- Connect to the “LCC-GUEST” network and open a web page in your web browser.
- You will be redirected to a LCC-GUEST login page where you must create your temporary guest account credentials.
- Create your username, then enter your first name, last name, and email address.
- Check "I agree to the terms and conditions" to enable the register button. Then, click Register and you will be able to browse the Internet for 7 days using the username you created.
Parking Lot Wi-Fi Access
Exterior Wi-Fi access points have been installed across campus, 23 on the main campus and 2 at the Holden University Center. These access points will enable students to sit at Lakeland parking lots approximately two parking rows back from buildings and use the Lakeland Wi-Fi.
