First Time Users

1. Users with no password or security questions, such as new employees or students, will need to click on the First Time User link.

2. Users will be prompted to enter their personal email address.

3. Then, if their email address is able to be matched from what’s in the system, they will be prompted to select the email address to receive a verification code.

4. Answer the security questions or enter the verification code from the email.

5. Submit a newly created password.
