Forgot/Expired Password

1. Click on the Forgot/Expired Password link on the Portal login page.

2. You will be prompted to enter your username, such as jlaker90.

3. After entering your username, you will be prompted to answer 2 of your 4 security questions or verify via email or verify via sms text. If you forgot your security questions, you will be prompted to enter your personal email to verify yourself and set up a security profile with new questions.

4. After answering your questions or entering the verification code, you will be prompted to reset your password.

Note: Passwords must meet the following criteria:

Minimum number of 10 characters, with at least THREE of the following:

  • Uppercase Characters
  • Lowercase Characters
  • Base 10 Digits (0 through 9)
  • Non-alphanumeric Characters

The following is prohibited when setting your password:

  • Part of your username
  • Dictionary words
  • More than 5 consecutive characters
  • Using another password (the system will remember the previous five passwords)
