Password Reset Security questions

How to create password reset questions:

1. Log into myLakeland. If you have not created password reset questions, you will be prompted to do so upon successfully logging into myLakeland.

2. If you have created security questions and forgot your answers, click on Edit Password in the upper right side of the page.

3. Re-enter your myLakeland password and click Sign in.

4. Within the account recovery settings, click Get Started.

5. Select 4 security questions from each drop-down menu and answer them. Then, click Submit.

6. Click My Applications to return to myLakeland. Click Back to My Account to return to the Password Manager Account page.
