When will I receive my email account?
Employee Email is created manually after all the employee information is added into Banner from HR.
How long will my employee email account be active after leaving the college?
Your employee email account will be active until the end of your last day of employment.
How do I access Office 365?
You can access Office 365 here: https://portal.office.com
Your username is your myLakeland username @lakelandcc.edu (Ex. jlaker99@lakelandcc.edu)
If your username contains a number but your email address does not you still need to enter the number to log into Outlook. Your email address will remain the same.
Your password is your myLakeland/Active Directory password.

What is my drive space/storage?
Each email database will have 50GB of storage. Lakeland provided 500MB so space should no longer be an issue for anyone.
How do I sync up my email to my mobile device? (Email on Smart Phones & Tablets)
Outlook is available through each device's app store. You no longer need to get a sign off and instructions from Administrative Technology. Simply visit your app store and download the Microsoft Outlook app, add your email address, and go.
To set up the mail account on your mobile device, use the following information:
- Your username is your myLakeland username @lakelandcc.edu (Ex. jlaker99@lakelandcc.edu)
- If your username contains a number but your email address does not, you still need to enter the number to log into Outlook. Your email address will remain the same.
- Your password is your myLakeland/Active Directory password
