Phishing and Spam Email Handling

We request that email users take advantage of the spam and phishing reporting tools we have available within Outlook both on your desktop and online:

Reporting Spam/Phishing:

  • Within your Outlook Desktop Client there is a “Report Message” tool in the upper right corner on the Home Tab toolbar. Click here for Report Message tool instructions.

    Junk Blocking Management:

Outlook Web Version: Help keep spam and junk email out of your inbox in Outlook.com

Taking the time to report these messages is appreciated and will help the automated spam filter prevent these messages from appearing in your Inbox in the future.
