Connecting Your Lakeland Student Email to an Existing Google Account
A common issue Lakeland students run into is they find the Student Email link takes them to their existing Gmail account. To fix this issue, you can add your Lakeland Student Email account to your existing Google account.
Begin by navigating to Google.com
At the top-right corner, click your initial or profile photo.

A dialog box opens.
Click the Add Account button.

A new page opens.
Enter your full Lakeland Student Email address in the space and click the Next button.

You will be brought to the myLakeland login page.
Enter your username and password and click Login.

Your Lakeland Student Email account is now linked to your personal Google account.
You can switch between your personal account and your student account by clicking your initial at the top-right corner.
When the dialog box opens, you may need to click "Show more accounts." From there, you can select from the connected accounts.
