myLakeland Password Security Questions
As a student, the first time you visit your myLakeland account you are immediately brought to the Password Management / Security Question page. You can access this page at any time by clicking the “Password Reset” icon at the top-right corner of your myLakeland home page.

Begin by selecting four questions from the drop-down box and entering the response. Click Submit to save your information.
Please note, these responses are case-sensitive. Filling out this information will allow you to recover a lost password without having to contact the Lakeland Help Desk.

Next, click the “Email Recovery” and “Phone Recovery” tabs to confirm that your personal email and phone numbers are correct in our system. If this information is not correct, students should contact our Student Service Center at 440.525.7050 and employees should contact Human Resources at 440.525.7575.
